I’ve always struggled to find the perfect running shoe that offers both comfort and support, but the Altra Experience Flow Trainers have blown me away. They’re hands down one of the comfiest running shoes I’ve owned! These have been a game-changer in my running routine and I couldn’t be happier with them.

From the moment I put them on, I noticed how incredibly spongy and comfortable they are. Whether I’m running, walking, or just out and about all day, my feet aren’t complaining. They offer amazing support for my flat feet and don’t rub my heels

The FootShape fit is a game-changer too, giving me a spacious toe box that lets my toes spread out. I’ve had issues with tight shoes in the past, but not with these, they just let my feet do their thing without squeezing or feeling restricted. I’ve also noticed this has helped improve my balance when running as well.

The low 4mm drop makes such a difference in how my feet feel when I’m running or walking around. It puts my foot in a natural position, so I don’t feel that weird strain I’ve sometimes felt with other shoes. And the rocker shape gives an effective toe-off feel and a smooth, quick roll through each stride. I swear it propels me forward with every step, making my run feel more effortless on the road.

What’s really won me over is the cushioning. The compression-molded EVA foam midsole strikes the perfect balance. It’s lightweight but still supportive, so it feels like my feet are being properly taken care of. For someone who needs good arch support, these are quickly becoming a go-to.

On top of that, the breathability is spot on. The engineered mesh upper keeps my feet cool and dry when I’m working up a sweat, and I haven’t yet had any issues with my feet overheating.

Overall, I think these are a fantastic pair of trainers and they look great too. So, if you want a pair of running shoes that feel like they were made for your feet with excellent cushioning and support (plus, are cute enough for everyday activities) these are the ones to go for!
